📍 Where Your Camp Is Staged +
Your gear is staged in Front Yard Camping — the closest campground to the Amphitheatre gates. It's roughly a 5-minute walk to the venue entrance, which means less hiking and more dancing. 🕺
Campground amenities are provided by the venue and are subject to availability. Best in Tents is not responsible for venue-provided amenities.

A camping pass is not required to rent from us.
You're good. You just need somewhere to leave your vehicle if you're driving.
Overnight parking at Cave B Estate Winery:
- $37 per night pre-purchased ($40 day-of)
- A 5-7 minute walk to the venue entrance
- In-and-out privileges, 24 hours a day
- 1-night, 2-night and 4-night passes available
- Add your dates and the event name in their checkout notes
Reserve Cave B parking here — book ahead, they sell out.
Cave B is parking only. No sleeping or camping in vehicles there.
Even easier — you've got two options and both work great.
1. Drop your stuff off first. You can drive fairly close to our camp to unload your bags.
2. Then park in your own section. Take your car to the camping area your pass covers and leave it there, safe for the whole event.
Bringing a lot of bags? 🛒 We keep a wagon at camp. It's available when you check in to help you move your larger items over.

Reserve Your Gear
Pick your number of nights above. Add your arrival day in the order notes at checkout so we know when to have you ready.
Arrive at the Staging Area
Your reserved equipment will be prepared and staged in the equipment staging area inside Front Yard Camping. We'll email you exact directions and a check-in contact before you travel.
You may choose to camp within the staging area or move the equipment to another permitted camping area if allowed by the venue.
Use Your Equipment
Walk in, drop your bag, go dance. Your camp is ready the moment you get there.
Return the Equipment
By 10:00 AM Monday, September 14, remove your personal belongings and leave the equipment where it was provided. Our team collects it from there.

Camp Location: Front Yard Camping
Gear Rental Begins: Thursday, September 10, 2026 — when the campgrounds open
Equipment Return: By 10:00 AM, Monday, September 14, 2026
Provided the camper holds valid festival tickets. This event is strictly 18+.
Pricing: $515 per night. Book 2 nights and camp all 4 — select "4 Nights (Thu-Mon)" above.
Availability: Camps are limited. Everything we bring is loaded before we leave, so once the gear is fully reserved we can't add more for this event.
Guests are responsible for all equipment until departure. Need flexibility on timing? Coordinate with us at check-in.

Tickets & Passes: Festival tickets, wristbands, camping passes, and vehicle passes are not included and come directly from the event. You must hold a valid festival ticket. A camping pass is not required to rent from us — see Camping Pass Details above.
Age: This event is strictly 18 and over. Anyone under 18 will not be admitted, guardian or not.
Travel & Shuttles: Transportation to and from the venue is not included. See the Gorge Amphitheatre and event websites for shuttle and travel options.
Vehicles: If you plan to bring a vehicle into the campgrounds, you are responsible for purchasing any required vehicle camping passes directly from the venue. Overnight parking at Cave B is booked separately and directly with them.
Independence: Best in Tents is an independent camping equipment rental company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Above & Beyond, Anjunabeats, the Gorge Amphitheatre, Live Nation, or any event organizer.
